LESSON 8: Mind Over Matter And Visualization. Law
of Manifestation: Suggestion is the generator behind all
operations and manifestations in the material world and these
manifestations cannot happen until suggestion hits the subconscious
mind and is "taken in" by the subconscious mind. An act,
object or event, begins with a mental impression of suggestion
in the mind, impregnated by emotions until it is exteriorized;
a normal function law that is utilized in hypnotherapy, mental
telepathy and visualization (also know as imagery or guided
imagery.) Matter is crystallized thought. Visualization: To
deliberately bring into manifestation a desire or need picturing
the desire or need in the MIND’S EYE; one sits and images the
end-result of the request in mundane form; the picture will
eventually become a thought form strong enough to manifest in
the outer world; 1. Requires inner mental discipline to not
cloud one’s mind with how one could or could not attain this
desire or need which confuses the direction of the atoms. 2.
Picture should be clear and exact as to the final product and
allowed to build up in the etheric world by holding it as long
as possible; repeated sessions are necessary; manifestations
will happen more quickly if exercise is performed directly after
meditation or in an alpha state of consciousness (hypnosis).
(Example: If one desires a new car, one might visualize a new
car (include make, color, year, condition) parked in the garage
and the keys in one’s purse or pocket.) In Huna visualization
is named Ho-ano, meaning "making the seed": to deliberately
begin an outer manifestation by planting the seed of the desire
in the mind. Requires consistent "watering", i.e. supplying
mana, the life force that is a combination of spiritual energy
(light) and physical energy (emotions and breath). Psychic Sitting:
Decide upon a material object you would like to own. Meditate.
After meditation, without stirring, visualize yourself owning
this object. Repeat the same picture daily. Record what you
visualized and leave room to record when you receive this object
and how you got it. Suggestion: This week, choice something
"doable" to your conscious thinking. i.e. you believe such a
thing can come to you "from the universe and you have no emotional
blocks to getting it. (An extra $20 is one idea.) Once you achieve
this, move to the next level of belief. The conscious thought
will be, "Well, THAT came to me, so THIS can come to me too.
" In your visualization, (seeing yourself putting the extra
$20 in your wallet), also see a calendar. Make the year 2002
and the month JUNE very visible in the visualization. You might
even physically mark $20 on your actual calendar, somewhere
this week or next. Eventually, you may be able to circle a date
on the calendar and manifest on or before this date.

Negative feedback does two very
important things: It helps us to improve and it makes us appreciate
the positive feedback even more. We received these wonderful
positive comments this week from a reader of Book I: "I read
your book over and over. My copy is well used. Even before I
read the book, I’ve felt pulled to mediate at 6AM and 6 PM and
to think of the world bathed in light. I always knew important
things are happening in the world right now. I love that you
both - and what speaks through you both - speaks so directly.
I think it’s important to be direct with such important matters.
If you present it subtly, people will take it subtly. It [the
book] is not a greeting card."
SPIRIT, MIND, &
LIGHT
After last week’s
email we received several e-mails asking whether practices that
utilize "hands on" type of healing are or are not "good" to
do if the message of the dysfunction has not been discovered.
Answer: First clear
your minds of any thought that channeling/supplying energy to
someone means one is a healer. Etymologically, the word "health"
was coined in Old English during prehistoric Germanic times
from the adjective "khaliaz", ancestor of modern English
"whole". To this was added the abstract noun suffix "-itha",
producing "khailitha", whence lead to modern English
"health", to mean ‘state of being whole’. The
verb "heal" comes from the same source. The meaning of
"heal" is to "make whole".
Healing is not complete
(health is not made whole) until or unless the consciousness
has altered from what caused the injury, illness, or disease
of the body. Healing involves consciousness, meaning awareness
and understanding.
One person wrote:
"Why do you harp on consciousness. What of the person who becomes
sick because asbestos (for one example) on the wall is poisoning
them? What has this to do with consciousness?"
Answer: "A great deal.
Cells talk. The cells know when they are being exposed to elements
(things, thoughts, or emotions) that are dangerous to them or
upset their balance and they let you know this through body
signals, through dreams, through gut instinct and through intuition.
One of the life lessons ALL share is to open one’s consciousness
and pay attention to the messages of spirit - including the
spirit of one’s own body/brain and their cells. Thoughts such
as: "I know this job is making me sick, but I can’t do anything
about that" is a thought of lower consciousness. Being IN the
body while centered in higher consciousness is a life lesson
we have all come to meet……and it seems we must come many times
to accomplish this one.
Being IN higher consciousness
while IN the body is what brings powerful manifestations. The
Master Jesus is an example of this. It may be of interest to
note this information from the Records as accessed through Master
of Spirit (Higher Spirit): The Spiritual Master Jesus of Nazareth
did not suffer when tortured nor when hung on the cross. Nor
did his body. His body died feeling loved and honored and respected.
This is the cellular memory of Jesus’ subconscious mind.
The answer to the
question about whether to "channel" energy to a person seeking
healing is: Yes. Focus on the thought of how GOOD this energy
feels. Focus on the love flowing with that energy into the cells,
into the person. Do not let healing or not healing cross your
mind. The healing part has nothing to do with you. The Master
Jesus did not heal through touch. His touch was to give love.
His teaching was for healing.

Now, Light The
Earth. Close your eyes. Raise them upwards as high as possible.
Lower them to focus on your third eye. Imagine/feel the light
of your spirit drawing close. As it does, it surrounds you with
a protective golden light. Now think of the Earth in your loving
hands. As you do, the light of your spirit beams through your
third eye to the Earth, surrounding it with a white light that
flows to the atmosphere, the surface, the magma and the core
of the Earth. This light then flows outward again, shining all
around the Earth, through the magma, the surface, the atmosphere
and out into the stratosphere. The light flows back to you,
lighting your palms, your chakras, and your third eye. Think:
I light my body for its perfect form and function for my higher
good. I light my loved ones for their higher good. Light goals
important to you, FEELING the feelings of having achieved those
goals. If you wonder if a goal is to your Higher Good, ASK.

Continue your visualizations as taught in lesson 8. As you achieve
a goal, celebrate, and choose a new one. As your belief grows,
so will your manifestations. If you do not reach a visualized
goal in the expected time span, be certain you are presenting
a precise image or description of the goal to your inner mind.
Then ask your Higher Self in meditation if your goal is attainable
and when. Also ask whether some part of you is blocking its
manifestation. If this is so, seek out a hypnotherapist who
works with goals and/or "erase and replace" programming that
blocks your goal. (See Treasure Chest on website below.) LESSON
9: Psychometry: To handle an object or touch an area and
perceive through the palms of one’s hands information not known
before about the article or its owner. These vibrations come
through the sympathetic nervous system to the brain where they
are amplified for interpretation [by the subconscious mind].
Article can be held up to the forehead or against the solar
plexus for clearer amplifications. Articles most easily read
have been involved in the same role repeatedly or involved in
an emotional trauma that impregnated the DNA of the atoms of
the article with memories which the psychometrist’s hands pick
up. One does not sense the future from psychometrizing because
the vibrations have not been impregnated as yet. Psychic
Sitting: Choose a book whether you have read it or not.
Put it by your dominant-hand side. Meditate. After, with eyes
still closed, open to a page in the book. Keeping your eyes
closed, place your palm on the page and be attentive to what
you psychically perceive. When the timer goes off, turn the
page upside down before opening your eyes. Log your psychic
perceptions. Look the page over thoroughly that you psychometrized
and put down whether your perceptions were a plus or a minus.
Do not underrate yourself, e.g., if your body felt weightless
and some of the words or pictures were about the sky, or clouds,
or airplanes, that is a plus.

did exactly the same things for both, but only got the $20 one."

SPIRIT, MIND, &
LIGHT
All things flow from
consciousness. To put that another way: "All comes from thought".
To put that another way: "Your thoughts create your reality."
Now add that each person has many levels of consciousness and,
therefore, many levels of thought.
Mind is the servant
of spirit. You are spirit. Your mind is your servant. It carries
out your commands, wishes, desires, goals. What it needs are
clear instructions, however, if it is to bring to you exactly
what you desire/command.
The language of the
mind is images; i.e. pictures. Thus, to create a clear picture
of what you want is "speaking the language of the mind" and
speaking it precisely. (If you can’t visualize, you must paint
a picture with clear, precise words.)
The subconscious will
ALWAYS bring you what you want UNLESS it isn’t convinced you
really want it, what you want contradicts something else you
want (in which case the subconscious must decide which is more
important to you), there isn’t sufficient physical energy being
supplied to the subconscious for it to manifest what you’ve
asked for, another part of you (baby, child, teen, past life
personality, alter personality, programming, Higher Self, or
even your body) does not want it. The part or parts of you that
do not want (or believe you can get) something can be all that
is needed to block the manifestation.
Maybe, all parts of
you can accept receiving $20 that didn’t come through your own
efforts, but not all parts of you can accept $1000 is possible
or that you even want or deserve a thousand dollars. You might
want to read about negative money thoughts/beliefs in our treasure
chest on the website. Click on "Erase & Replace Negative
Subconscious Programs". IF you have already done this and IF
you have made a tape to remove negative money programs and the
manifestations you seek with money don’t come, then you will
need to find a good hypnotherapist to help you clear the blocks
you have to "easy money" in your consciousness; i.e. the thoughts
you hold at some level.
General advice: When
you visualize receiving a certain amount of money and you get
it, do the visualization again, adding more money. Just a little
more. Then when you get that, a little more again and so on.
If you reach an amount you cannot get in a reasonable amount
of time, that’s when you need to start checking your money consciousness
with a competent hypnotherapist.

If you are still having difficulty quieting your mind for meditation,
set the timer for 5 or 10 minutes for the ‘busy thoughts". Then,
when the timer goes off, reset it for the quiet mind meditation.
LESSON 10: Ask a friend to let you borrow something from
their home that you have not seen before. Meditate. Old the
article and ask your subconscious mind to perceive something
bout the article itself only. You are working with "ure psychometry"
this week. Log results before checking with the friend. Use
the same article three days and use another article the other
four days. Log your pluses and minuses.

SPIRIT, MIND, &
LIGHT
There is a belief
that positive thoughts generate positive results. There is also
a belief that to "act as if" is a powerful force for manifestation.
Both beliefs are valid. Therefore, many embodied beings and
many spirit beings believe what is needed now is to focus on
the thought the Earth Healing is complete and we can all move
on now to focus and channel our power and abilities into building
the new age of light and enlightenment. In other words, act
as if it is done and it will be done.
It is a well intentioned
attempt to right the balance. Each of you have no doubt experienced
positive thought manifesting positive results. Many have experienced
the power of "act as if". We also have little doubt that you
have tried positive thought in other situations and found this
did not generate the desired change and that "acting as if"
does not always work.
The reason is: there
are more levels of reality than one. To manifest the desired
change in reality all levels of that reality must also be focused
on the positive thought/belief. Example: A friend with
cancer said to us: "I know this cancer is going away. I believe
completely in the power of affirmation, prayer, light, positive
thought and positive action. I just need you to positively affirm
this with me." We affirmed with her that her spirit, mind and
cells were all powerful enough to restore the balance and health
of her body. We then asked if we could please do hypnosis with
her to find out what her subconscious, Higher Self, and cells
had to say. She reluctantly agreed. All these levels of her
reality informed her the cancer cells were still growing and
gaining ever greater control of her body. The cancer cells said
they were doing what they were supposed to be doing and had
received no message to leave. We spoke with her immune system
programmer which reported the immune system was doing its job,
but its attempts to neutralize and remove the cancer cells were
being blocked. Her Higher Self said her positive thoughts were
slowing down the growth of the cancer cells but would not be
successful in stopping them and advised her to address the issues
in her life that needed healing if the cancer cells were to
be stopped.
The above is not an
isolated case. Positive thought and "act as if" are very powerful
when there is no resistance or blocks to what is desired. Now,
the remainder of this message is from Light:
LIGHT: "There
are positive changes occurring, though the situation has worsened
since Book I was written. Look at the world around you. What
do you observe? Increased volcanic and earthquake activity.
Drought and fire. Temperatures rising. Weather patterns erratic.
Viruses increasing in number and in strength. War. Pestilence.
Poverty. Famine. Homelessness. All are increasing. The task
set before you is not finished. There are far greater numbers
needed for this task. There are many forces set against you
and many forces aligned to help you. Be diligent in your focus.
Teach those who have the eyes to see, the ears to hear, and
the minds to follow the direction for their higher good and
the higher good of the Earth. Channel your light to the Earth
daily. As many times daily as you will. Encourage others to
join in this great task. All are called, few answer. Focus on
the positive thought that more are answering the call daily.
Focus on the positive thought of Light surrounding the Earth
and filling its core, its magma, its mantle, its atmosphere.
Act as if each person you meet wants to know how to feel more
centered in a world that seems to be spinning beyond their control.
Simple suggest: This works for me. Pray. Meditate. Connect daily
with GOD’S LIGHT. I AM GOD’S LIGHT AND I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS."

Periodically, we devote this entire email to definition of terms
from the Psychic Dictionary helpful to your psychic training.
Note: There is often much more to these definitions. We give
here what we think is most pertinent to your training in this
limited format and we leave out what we have - in our work of
investigating and communicating with mind, spirit, soul, cells
- found to be erroneous. When we edit or add to the definition,
we put [brackets] around what we have edited or added.
Soul: The
condensed intelligence [mind] in every atom which is conscious
of its intelligence, has knowledge of its function, and has
the capacity to remember all the frequencies it has vibrated
in; is accompanied with spirit that gives it energy to use its
intelligence. [Light’s Definition of Soul: All
spirit embodied in physical and/or non-physical form.]
Soul-Mind. Synonym,
Subconscious Mind: An ethereal invisible substance in a
faster vibrational frequency than the physical body; surrounds
the physical body, furnishes various bodies of the physical
(emotional, mental, physical, astral etc.) to help the soul
fulfill its potential. Directs and manages all aspects of these
and the physical body. Records the sum total of a person’s experiences
throughout his/her incarnations, forming his/her physical bodies
and lifestyles for the planet from these recordings, the consciousness
that composes a person’s character or individuality that never
dies.
Law of Soul-Mind:
The Soul Mind [subconscious] serves the body as the "voltage
regulator" governing the electrical force coming from the COSMOS.
The Cosmos gives equal amounts of electrical energy to all,
but each individual can only utilize amounts of this energy
according to the growth of the soul-mind. This growth is measured
in wisdom and [knowledge and understanding] and not in physical
body conditions or the number of earthly incarnations. The soul-mind
keeps track of its own growth on the evolutionary scale, and
with its memory of being in a heavenly condition in the beginning,
strives to advance. The more it advances, the more electrical
energy the body utilizes. The more electrical, COSMIC ENERGY,
the more qualitative life for the individual. Tangible evidence
that each body absorbs a different amount of electrical energy
is shown by the GSR [Galvanic Skin Response] and METABOLIC MONITOR
in which the conductivity of each individual varies when hooked-up
to these biofeedback instruments.
Law of Soul-Mind
Growth: Three major aspects contribute to the growth of
the Soul Mind while in the physical body, speeding up its vibrational
rate. 1. Balancing with emotional stress as it presents itself,
resolving situations in their proper perspective; 2. Correct
breathing and utilization of the spirit in the air; 3. Eating
the correct food for one’s physical body with the proper attitude.
All activities in the physical body are variations of lessons
relating to these three aspects.

National Book Release will be postponed until all the promotional
elements are in place. However, book will be available for purchase
before this. We HOPE publication is August, but it may be September.
What’s the "hang up"? Master of Spirit (Higher Spirit) warned
us in the beginning that the forces aligned against "saving
the Earth for human habitation" would become increasingly intent
on stopping us the closer we moved to completion of our part
in the project. Our part is to educate the populace of the Earth
on how to save the Earth through a means to their greater good.
Of course, bringing out Light’s Book is the foundation to this
education. The "good news, bad news" about Master of Spirit’s
forewarnings is they [the warnings] have proven correct. The
good news is this increases human belief (at least in two humans)
in Master of Spirit. The bad news is they have proven correct.
Which, when one thinks of the forewarning for the whole planet
if there are not several hundred THOUSAND people sending Light
daily to the planet, is enough to galvanize us against ANY adversaries.
Forces aligned against one (no matter how many that one may
be) use the weaknesses that can be found in the body, the mind,
and the spirit. We are doing our own healing work diligently,
ferreting out weakness and imbalance, restoring strength and
balance. We have been told by Master of Spirit there are also
many in spirit aligned with us, eager to help. We have spoken
to representatives of these "helpers". Some of our loved ones,
and no doubt some of yours as well, that have crossed over into
spirit are part of this group. Never think you are alone. If
you could see the forces aligned with you when you center yourselves
in your light, you would be lifted into such joyful vibrations
your bodies would float! If you could hear the Earth as you
and those aligned with you beam light to the Earth, you would
hear such joyful sounds your souls would dance into eternity.
