[Master of Spirit.] (Do people sometimes go the astral realm and then return to body without going to the light in-between?) Those that do that would be called discarnate attachments, I think you say. (So it is necessary to go to the light before you incarnate into a physical body?) If you were to seek your own body and not inhabit that of another.
