The Treasure Chest

Seven Steps For Higher Guidance

  1. Sit quietly with body relaxed, spine straight, not stiff.
  2. Take 3 deep breaths and close your eyes.
  3. Surround yourself with white and gold Light.
  4. Mentally or aloud suggest to yourself you want
         Higher Guidance.
  5. Mentally, or aloud, ask your question. Keep it simple
  6. Mentally suggest to yourself when your meditation
time will end. (Number of minutes or the time.)
  7. Focus and Let Go.

Focusing is easy. Choose a thought, word, phrase, image, feeling, sensation, sound to focus on. Let all other sounds, thoughts, and feelings fade into the background.

Letting go is easy. Let yourself fade into unconscious levels of awareness. You will receive your answer. It may come to you as you return to consciousness. It may come later. It will come when you are ready to receive it.
