Digestion and/or Constipation Concerns

Greetings!
Got an email from a person who wanted advice on digestive
enzymes. Below, the digestive information gleaned from our great Dr.
Hugh for those of you it will help as well.
1. First and foremost, attend to your emotions.
2. Exercise Daily. If you go to the gym, add something outdoors
in sunlight and fresh air for 30 minutes minimum.

Read the written synopsis of the seminars: Body Matters. Food

4. Click on link below to search for and order (often
cheaper than anywhere else, even with shipping) the listed suggested
enzymes.
Acidophilus GR8 - Enteric encased, which means it is not
broken up in your stomach, it gets through to your guts (intestines) to build
the pro-biotic (friendly flora and fauna) your body needs. Good idea
to take twice a week.
Betaine HCI 10 Grain/150mg Pepsin - For digesting meat; if
you find meat 'sits' in your stomach for too long. (Stomach feels heavy
and full for hour or more.) Natural Source: Cooked Beets.
Enzymes BioCore Optimum - Pancreatic enzymes.
To take if a physician has found the pancreas to not work properly; also good
idea if you notice, even after starting the Acidophilus and maybe the
Betaine, that your digestion just isn't working as it should. (If you are
not having at least one bowel movement a day, minimum, your digestion is not
working as it should.)
